The primary role of the Assistant Key Account Coordinator is to ensure that the agreements and service levels that have been agreed are met 100%. In doing so the Key Account Coordinator will work with the Sales Manager in the day-to- day management of all aspects of our business with our sales partners. This role will begin by actively working on our major business partner, but will evolve into supporting and coordinating other complex customers. We are passionate about delivering an excellent public health service to support the health and wellbeing of children and families in the borough. Public Health Programme Lead for Maternity and Early Years This post has a focus on maternity and early years and is normally one of two Programme Lead posts in the Healthy Children and Families team.
    We are recruiting a third Programme Lead post to focus on the Covid-19 response. Your overarching goal will be to improve the health and wellbeing of people in Tower Hamlets and reduce health inequalities. You will deliver a programme of work targeted at enabling the following aspirations that 0-5 year olds have:

    Based in Kingston-Upon-Thames, London

    Job details:

    Experience in designing and managing large scale attraction campaigns maximising social media, job boards and relevant publications, effectively communicating the positive regeneration journey property are embarking on over the coming months, and use the information to attract high quality talent.
    Extensive direct sourcing experience and able to engage and communicate with candidates at all levels to ensure that we do not have to engage agencies to support filling the roles.
    Uses/ creates networks to maximise candidate reach and create talent pipelines
    Work with managers to shortlist candidates quickly
    Interview support - design and coordination
    Work closely with senior stakeholders and managers - create comms and agree campaign timelines, share regular updates and deliver the end to end process - attraction, shortlisting support through to offer (recruitment team manage the onboarding but progress updates still come through the recruiter).
    Work to the agreed deadlines to meet the business needs and service requirements.
    The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their experience in the end to end recruitment process and be able to work independently, focus on priorities and work to deadlines in line with the project requirements 
    Previous local authority experience is an advantage
