The primary role of the Assistant Key Account Coordinator is to ensure that the agreements and service levels that have been agreed are met 100%. In doing so the Key Account Coordinator will work with the Sales Manager in the day-to- day management of all aspects of our business with our sales partners. This role will begin by actively working on our major business partner, but will evolve into supporting and coordinating other complex customers. The role will be predominantly office based at our HQ in Erith, Kent but will be some homebased.

    Housing Collections and Credit Control Officer 

    Based in Lambeth, London

    Paying £15-£20 per hour

    Contract position


    Job details:

    ** The ideal candidate must have previous housing collections experience


    Manage a portfolio of service charge accounts, working to targets set by the Collections Manager.

    Monitor individual accounts, determining and taking appropriate action to ensure that account holders pay service charges in accordance with the obligations under their lease.
    Maintain contact with account holders through letter, email, telephone, or face-to-face as appropriate; issue statements and other account documentation on request from the account holder.
    Investigate issues with the lease and determine that service charges are in line with the provisions of the lease; ensure that any billing errors are noted and corrected.
    Ensure that any other queries are dealt with and resolved by the appropriate team; contact other teams as necessary and monitor the progress of queries to ensure that the account holder receives a satisfactory response.
    Request write-offs, write-backs and other account adjustments as appropriate.

    Job details:

    Experience in designing and managing large scale attraction campaigns maximising social media, job boards and relevant publications, effectively communicating the positive regeneration journey property are embarking on over the coming months, and use the information to attract high quality talent.
    Extensive direct sourcing experience and able to engage and communicate with candidates at all levels to ensure that we do not have to engage agencies to support filling the roles.
    Uses/ creates networks to maximise candidate reach and create talent pipelines
    Work with managers to shortlist candidates quickly
    Interview support - design and coordination
    Work closely with senior stakeholders and managers - create comms and agree campaign timelines, share regular updates and deliver the end to end process - attraction, shortlisting support through to offer (recruitment team manage the onboarding but progress updates still come through the recruiter).
    Work to the agreed deadlines to meet the business needs and service requirements.
    The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their experience in the end to end recruitment process and be able to work independently, focus on priorities and work to deadlines in line with the project requirements 
    Previous local authority experience is an advantage
