Senior HR Officer – Twickenham - £16.40phr

Our client is a charity who are seeking an experienced senior HR officer to support HR strategies, processes, practices and strategy, Values, objectives, and priorities; support effective recruitment, retention, performance management.
This is initially a temporary contract however there could also be permanent opportunities for the right candidate.
Skills / Experience / Knowledge:
• Ability to support a commercial, operational HR charity function
• HR skills and experience, including employer branding, recruitment, retention, performance management, reward and recognition, equality and diversity, and employee relations
• Thorough understanding of the principles and strategies that underpin effective HR practice
• Strong presentation, facilitation, stakeholder consultation and management, coaching/mentoring, and leadership skills to influence, engage, and communicate with people at all levels of the organisation, and build and sustain relationships to achieve results
• Effective planning and management skills, with the ability to set and work to deadlines
• Ability to engage with HR and L&D management systems to store, retrieve, monitor and analyse people data, report trends and issues, and generate options
• Risk management, budgeting, problem solving and continual improvement skills
